These courses will focus on training at the Dirt de Femme event held at Stromlo, Bruce and Stromlo. Focus is on training both Skills and Fitness. This will help increase your confidence, mountain bike techniques skills for various obstacles including single track and overall cycling fitness. Included will be an optional (but highly recommended) fitness rides around the firetrails and some single track of Mt Ainslie.

COST: $80.00 per course
Course 2: Dirty de Femme at Bruce Ridge, focus on single track training for the Sparrow Hill event
Tuesday evenings: 6:00 - 7:30pm ( you will require lights, please email if required)
Saturday mornings: various, see below details.

4 - Saturday 27 April, 9:00 - 10:30 at Sparrow Hill*
5 - Tuesday 30 April, 6pm
6 - Saturday 4 April, 9:00 - 10:30 at Sparrow Hill*
Guided Social Ride - Saturday 4 April at 11am at Sparrow Hill
NOTE: you will require lights for evening sessions, lights available to borrow.
Course 3: Dirtiest de Femme at Stromlo Park
Sessions: NOTE the course dates and times have changed. Now 3 x 2hr sessions held only on Saturday mornings.
1 - Saturday 18 May, 8:30 - 10:30am
2 - Saturday 25 May, 8:30 - 10:30am
3 - Saturday 1 June, 8:30 - 10:30am
Social Ride - Saturday 1 June at 11:30am at Stromlo Park
NOTE: you will require lights for evening sessions, lights available to borrow.
FITNESS RIDES: Thursday evenings (these are separate to the training session for the 1st Course)
Thursday evening: 6:00 - 7:30pm
This will assist with your cardio and general fitness. These will be conducted similar to a social ride with a cycling coach attending. If required the group will be split into smaller fitness based groups. Locations will be at the scheduled event locations. Focus will include working on climbing, descending and gearing.
SKILLS SESSIONS: Tuesday, Thursday evenings or Saturday mornings
These will be run by Cycle Education's Lady instructors and assistants whom have vast knowledge in understanding what it is like to ride and race in the male dominated cycling events. Locations will be at the scheduled event locations. Fabulous female cycling coaches will be on hand to impart our skills and knowledge with a group of like minded ladies.
At the conclusion of this course you will have improved your: 
- Cornering
- Ascending
- Descending
- Braking
- Single Track riding
- Navigation obstacles
